'Fallen Iris' Framed Original Painting

This framed original painting features flowers from my Vashon Island garden, known for its maritime climate and producing stunning blooms in the summer. The dahlias here can grow to be bigger than a human face, an impressive sight that I find endlessly inspiring. During my first year on the island, I exclusively painted these flowers and continue to do so when the inspiration strikes. These one-of-a-kind paintings are the foundation of my greeting card collection and are created using gouache and ink on paper. The paper size is 8 x 8 inches, with a matted and framed size of 13 x 13 inches.
